Important: Due to the customized and service-based nature of our offerings, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
1. Service Categories
CRM Implementation & Sales Funnels
Our CRM implementation services involve custom setup, configuration, and strategic planning tailored to your specific business needs. Once work has commenced, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund available if requested within 48 hours of payment and before any implementation work has started
- During Implementation: Partial refunds may be considered based on work completed, minus any costs incurred for third-party tools, licenses, or services
- After Completion: No refunds available once the project is completed and delivered
Marketplace Management Services
Our monthly marketplace management services operate on a subscription basis:
- First Month: If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month
- Ongoing Months: Services are billed monthly in advance. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
- No Refunds: Once services for a billing period have been rendered, no refunds will be issued for that period
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in your contract or service agreement
- Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent us from fulfilling our obligations
- Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a billing error
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel within the specified timeframe before any work has commenced
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Third-party software licenses, subscriptions, or tools purchased on your behalf
- Advertising spend or marketplace fees paid to platforms (ETSY, eBay, Amazon)
- Consultation fees for initial strategy sessions
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
- Services rendered more than 30 days prior to the refund request
- Discounted or promotional service packages (unless otherwise stated)
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at support@royalgroupsservices.com within 30 days of your payment
- Step 2: Provide your order number, payment details, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Step 4: You will receive a response via email with our decision and next steps
- Step 5: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method
5. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- When a project is partially completed and you wish to discontinue services
- When there are documented service quality issues that we were unable to resolve
- When services were not delivered according to the agreed timeline (subject to evaluation)
Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, time invested, and resources utilized.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs
- Termination of your account and future service eligibility
We are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution to any concerns.
7. Service Guarantees
While we do not offer a money-back guarantee due to the customized nature of our services, we do guarantee:
- Quality Commitment: We will work diligently to meet the specifications outlined in your service agreement
- Revisions: Reasonable revisions and adjustments during the implementation phase
- Support: Ongoing support to address any issues or concerns during the service period
- Transparency: Clear communication about project progress and any challenges that arise
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services at any time, subject to the following terms:
- One-Time Projects: Cancellations must be made in writing. You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Monthly Services: Provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month
- Contracts: If you are under a fixed-term contract, early cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your agreement
9. Modifications to Services
If you wish to modify your service package after purchase:
- Upgrades can be processed at any time with payment of the difference
- Downgrades will take effect at the next billing cycle; no refunds for the current period
- Significant scope changes may require a new agreement and pricing structure
10. Force Majeure
ROYAL GROUPS is not liable for refunds or service delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or third-party platform outages.
11. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
